Terraced pitches running right down to a private stony beach below Yr Eifl, with sunsets over the sea from the tent door, a stream for the children, and the great hillfort of Tre'r Ceiri rising behind. The sea-view pitches are the prize, and you can launch a kayak or paddleboard off the beach on calm days. Simple, scenic and gloriously placed.

Aberafon Campsite is in Gyrn Goch, Llŷn, Llŷn Peninsula. It's roughly 22 min (7 miles) from Nefyn , and within reach of Pwllheli (23 min) and Criccieth (25 min).
The nearest parking: On-site parking. Grid reference SH 401 467 — works on any OS map and doesn't need a phone signal.
