An Iron Age hillfort perched on a glacial mound that is slowly eroding into the sea, with a long shingle-and-sand beach below and views along the whole sweep of the Llŷn. It's an easy climb for a big reward, and a well-loved local sunset spot. The beach is good for a calm-day paddle, and there's a chip shop on the seafront. The fort is free and open; parking is paid.
