A squat Neolithic dolmen whose enormous capstone — reckoned at around 18 tonnes — sits low over a chamber cut partly into the rock below, where the remains of some thirty people were found. It's a two-minute walk from the road, which makes it an easy stop. Pair it with the nearby Din Lligwy village and Capel Lligwy chapel, or the coast path at Moelfre. Free and open access.
